Understanding the needs of the residents

With the residents relocated and all necessary approvals obtained, demolition and construction work commences in accordance with the approved plan sanctioned by the PMC.

Conducting an in-depth location analysis

Following the comprehension of expectations, a team conducts a comprehensive study of the site and its surroundings during a site visit.

Preparing the redevelopment blueprint

During this stage, a template for the redevelopment work is created, outlining proposed designs for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Fine-tuning the proposal as per PMC framework

Subsequent to the legal agreement, the process commences to obtain construction-related approvals from the pertinent departments of the PMC.

Registration of legal agreement with the housing society

Once the proposal for redevelopment is aligned with PMC's guidelines, a legal agreement is signed with the housing society, marking the official commencement of the project.

Obtaining approvals from PMC

Subsequent to the legal agreement, the process commences to obtain construction-related approvals from the pertinent departments of the PMC.

Shifting of residents prior to site takeover

Prior to initiating the redevelopment activities, the current residents are relocated to suitable accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay during the process.

Commencing redevelopment as per sanctioned plan

With the residents relocated and all necessary approvals obtained, demolition and construction work commences in accordance with the approved plan sanctioned by the PMC.

Availing occupancy and completion certificate

Upon completion of the redevelopment work according to the sanctioned plan, the authorities are approached to obtain occupancy and completion certifications.

10.
Handover of homes with new member inductions

A celebratory handover ceremony is organized at the newly constructed building, extending a warm welcome to both existing and new members of the society.
