He is the Founder and Chairman of New Front Group who has graduated from IIT-Mumbai in 1982 as a Civil Engineer. The following year he went to work in the Middle East where his work garnered the attention of architects, engineers and real estate firms from all across the world. After gaining 14 years of global experience, Mukund Deshpande came back to his homeland with a plan to put his skills into use for Pune's urban development. This plan bore fruit in 1999, when he launched the New Front Group as an endeavour to 'give back to society'. In the last two decades his company has worked hard to ensure every aspirant homeowner fulfills their dream. He has also been the chief patron of Indrayani Hospital and Cancer Institute in Pune
